Integrating, relocating and assimilating local European migrant workers and their families, together with legal immigrant families through social absorption programs can aid in the revitalization of small rural towns and cities. These programs offer permanent employment opportunities centered on sustainable regenerative agriculture within a bio-based economy, yielding over 800 renewable, non-toxic everyday essential consumer products and applications.
Southern Mediterranean Europe has tens-of-millions of hectares of marginal land that is not utalised, by way of Intelligent Reforestation using our Protected Plant Variety (Patented) WAINER RICINUS TREE, Europe can see it's way to being 100% Carbon Neutral.
Over 6,000 small rural towns & cities in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy & Greece combined face extinction. Here is our chance to revitalize and preserve our heratige by way of implimenting a Circular Bio-Based Sustainable Economy based on the production of Renewables.
By investing initially anywhere between 500,000 and 5,000,000 Euros in each small town ot city, we can establish Industrial Zones in rural areas. These zones could produce a variety of products, including energy sources like Eco-Diesel, Eco-Gasoline, and Bio-Cooking & Heating Gas, as well as essential consumer goods such as pharmaceuticals, hygiene and medical products, food items, and even Bio-Plastics to substitute a fossil-based economy.
Establishing a New Bio-Based Economy not only allows us to replace our dependence on fossil oil with sustainable renewables but also offers a logical and productive means to create millions of new jobs. This can attract migrant families together with accommodating the influx of immigrant families while utilizing the existing infrastructure of rural towns to bolster the European economy, thereby addressing numerous social and economic issues with a single solution.
Southern Medetereainian Europe (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy & Greece) has over 4.4 million farmers / agricultural holders, totalling 103.3 million hectares.
If 25% participated by intercroping Wainer Ricinus Tree Cultivation with their food crops, we would reach our first objective of 25% Bio-diesel mixed into fossil fuel thus eliminating the carbon footprint of the fossil fuel, hence making Europe 100% CARBON NEUTRAL.
If 100% of Southern Mediterranean farmers participated in our initiative we would reach our final goal of 100% Self-Sustainablity in Renewable Bio-Diesel Production.
This presents an opportunity to assist diligent European farming families by offering an additional source of income, which could help mitigate their financial challenges. On average, one hectare of WAINER TREE Ricinus Cultivation (100m x 100m sq) has the potential to yield approximately 2,000 liters of vegetable oil each year.
Intercropping WAINER TREE Ricinus with existing food crops can result in an additional income of 1,500 Euros per hectare, per year. For the average farm, spanning 5 to 15 hectares, this could mean an extra 7,500 to 22,500 Euros in annual income per family.
For every job created in agriculture, two are generated in industry. The cultivation of 10 hectares of WAINER TREES results in one permanent agricultural job and two industry jobs, resulting in roughly one new job create for every three hectares Wainer Tree Cultivation. Therefore, by implementing our project in just these five Southern Mediterranean countries, we could create ten million new jobs in agriculture and twenty million new jobs in industry. This would lead to thirty million potential new jobs, which is equivalent to 15% of the population in these five countries alone or 6.9% of the total European population - In essence, this would eliminate the 6% total European unemployment deficit.
At a rate of 8 euros per hour for 22 working days per month, resulting in an average monthly salary of 1,400 euros, the total income generated exceeds half a trillion euros annually. This sum is equivalent to what Europeans spend each year on imported fossil fuels. Consequently, we not only keep half a trillion euros within Europe annually but also reinvest that amount into our economy. This guarantees that all the savings directly benefit our citizens and their families, representing a potential unmatched by any other initiative.

AIM is to integrate a combination of objectives outlined above.
To erect micro bio diesel and bio-gas compact refineries in each small town or nearest collective hub (advantages of micro refineries include job creation via agriculture & new industrial factories, bio-glycerin & bio-fertalizer revenue + closer to market = lower carbon footprint & lower retail price etc.).
We too can produce bio-gas or bio-gasoline from our waste assisting these energy sectors and creating additional jobs and revenue...
We too aim to produce consumer products such as Pharmacuticles (shampoe, conditioner, soaps etc.), Medical (Bio-Medicines, Prosthetics etc.), Technology (componants for Computers, Cars etc.), Bio-Plastics and much much more (800+ products & applications).
Collaborating with a distinguished team of European and International scientists from top universities, we are developing a variety of new solutions. These range from bio-medicines, like Ricin extract as a natural chemotherapy alternative, to bio-plastics and hydrogen production, all aimed at resolving and supplanting a fossil-fuel-based economy.
